Napping at your desk is the right thing to do!
Thanks to the soporific drone of my landrover's engine, I've recently found that a 15 minute snooze at a service station can change me from a dozy, slow, danger to an alert driver.
Well it seems that we should all be taking a midday nap. Scientists have found that not only does it have the more obvious benefits of alertness and performance but it also improves memory, lowers the risk of heart attack and stroke, diabetes and weight gain. That's right, you can nap yourself thinner!
